Such a great day!!! World Book Day 2024! We had so many amazing characters in our school from all of our favourite books. Thank you to all the families, pupils and teachers for the fantastic effort in dressing up!!

We had great fun in school today making, eating and decorating our pancakes!

Thank you to all the teachers for bringing in all the ingredients and equipment! A huge thank you to all the staff for all their help and support in making sure everyone got a pancake and the toppings they like. 

An amazing experience with Lucy from Heritage in schools seeing how bread is made from seed to loaf. 

We were so lucky to have had Lucy in from Heritage in schools this week showing us the process of Making bread; from planting the seed, milling the flour to handmaking the loaves. An amazing experience!!

The month of December has been very busy for the whole school as every day we have been rehearsing for the Christmas Play! Our play ‘The Rathmore Christmas’ is our schools version of the Nativity including the adults in the school. It is fun and has a message of kindness, love and Peace.

A huge thank you to all who donated Christmas Jumpers and Pajamas. Thank you to Ms. Lynch for organising this, it was a massive success. 

On Thursday the 12th the whole school went to Arc Cinema in Navan. We had a fantastic time!! 

On the day of the Late Late Toy show we had a lovely time in school wearing our pajamas. Everyone was warm and cosy for the day in their pajamas.
