An amazing experience with Lucy from Heritage in schools seeing how bread is made from seed to loaf.   

We were so lucky to have had Lucy in from Heritage in schools this week showing us the process of Making bread; from planting the seed, milling the flour to handmaking the loaves. An amazing experience!!  

5th and 6th class worked extremely hard researching and designing projects. They presented their projects to the class. A massive Well Done to all of you.
